please check first, whether your desired event also means the
possibility to book tickets directly in the web shop. Go to your event
and your city and check out the price categories and discounts offered.
Whether tickets for wheelchair travellers and people with disabilities
(impairing), incl. Accompanying, offered in the web shop, the organizer
of the event decides.
If you cannot find a corresponding offer in the web shop,
please contact our customer service by calling 0421 353 638. For
technical reasons, only requests and bookings of tickets for wheelchair
travellers and people with disabilities (simpairing) can be processed
under this telephone number!
Depending on the requirements of the organiser, the booking can
be made directly at our hotline in some cases, in other cases the
booking must first be requested to the organiser. Please understand
that, depending on the event, places for wheelchair users and people
with disabilities (impairing) cannot always be offered.
If you are dependent on an accompanying person when visiting the
event (Merkzeichen B in the severely disabled pass) and the companion
ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please provide your
severely disabled bad ticket as proof of the companion ticket at the
entrance to the event. An on-site examination takes place in all cases.
Top place booking
When booking the best place, you decide on a space category and select the number of tickets you want. Within the selected category, there is an automatic allocation of the places, you will receive the best available places. Numbered seats are usually next to each other.
Seating listing
At the seating chart booking, you can select your seats personally and precisely in the graphic seal plan. Start the seating chart booking and opt for an area. There you can select the places with a mouse click. The seating chart booking is not offered at some events.
Free seating
means that with your ticket you can freely select your seat according to the local conditions. It can be seats, standing room or partial seating without seating.
Seat or standing room depending on availability
In the price category referred to in this price category, seats are offered predominantly (but not guaranteed). Standing room tickets may also be sent at the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfil a certain wish for standing or seat in this context. It is not possible to exchange the delivered tickets later.
